FINSA offers the IPO Mentorship Program
The IPO Mentorship Program is a 3-month program with 5 events which focuses on providing students a personal mentor that can help guide them into the finance industry and learn all the skills they may need. The IPO Mentorship Program is focused towards giving students a better insight into the finance industry before declaring the concentration and learn both softs and hard skills in the industry.

This first part of the mentorship program will provide students the opportunity to learn more about the mentorship program and get to meet their mentors; furthermore, it will provide a panel of industry professionals who can speak about their experiences in finance and answer any questions mentees may have.
